Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with the quality and impact of our work. Due to the nature of our consulting and auditing services, which involve the application of specialized expertise, time, and the delivery of proprietary analysis and recommendations, our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. Cancellation Prior to Service Commencement:

  • If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled start date, a cancellation fee equivalent to $50 may be applied to cover administrative and preparatory costs.

2. Services in Progress:

  • Once an audit or consultation has commenced (e.g., initial data collection, expert calls, on-site visits, AI testing cycles begin), a refund is not available.

3. Completed Services:

  • No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully completed and delivered, including the final reports, analyses, or consultation summaries. The value of our service lies in the insights and recommendations provided, which, once shared, cannot be retracted.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a completed service, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are dedicated to client satisfaction and will work diligently to address your concerns, which may include offering additional consultation, clarification, or revisions to ensure the delivered service meets its stated scope and your expectations.

4. Dispute Resolution:

  • Any concerns regarding our services should be brought to our attention within 7 days of the service delivery date. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly and will do a free replacement audit in its place.
